A woman was fatally shot Monday in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, police said.
Arianna Bosby, 26, was in a car in the 7600 block of South Vincennes Avenue when someone in another vehicle fired shots just before 5 p.m., according to Chicago police.
Bosby, of Normal, Illinois, was struck in the abdomen and taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where she was initially listed in critical condition but later pronounced dead.
No one is in custody and detectives are investigating.
