- South Park’s latest episode shocked viewers with a graphic sex scene involving Donald Trump and JD Vance.
- Fans shared reactions ranging from laughter to trauma after watching the provocative episode.
- The show remains controversial and successful, with a massive streaming deal and record viewership, despite the White House’s displeasure.
South Park viewers have been left well and truly traumatised by an erotic Donald Trump and JD Vance bedroom scene, which leaves nothing to the imagination.
The bond between the US President and Vice-President has never been portrayed in more disturbing terms than in last night’s episode of South Park, Sora Not Sorry.
Season 28, episode three of the provocative, long-running, animated adult comedy series from creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone saw them push their mockery of the political duo further than ever.
In one scene, Trump and Vance are in bed together, naked, when Vance leans over and asks him: ‘What about Satan?’ with whom Trump conceives a lovechild earlier in the show.
His loyalty to the devil hardly seems a concern, however, as the pair stare into one another’s eyes longingly while Foreigner’s hit I Want To Know What Love Is starts playing in the background.
The pair then lunge into one another to share a passionate kiss, which soon escalates into much more (with some uncomfortable hand actions).
Determined for the viewer to be left with no doubt about what’s going on, we see and hear the pair grunting and moaning in the covers before witnessing an expression on Trump’s face that has left countless with nightmare material for days.
All while a portrait of Abraham Lincoln watches on from the corner. You get the picture…
The show may be known for its alarming scenes, but after over 25 years on air, it looks as though this has really taken the biscuit.
‘There was just so much to process this episode. Between the insane start to Sadam Trump f**king Tattoo Vance, I think I need therapy,’ Reddit user 2th wrote.
‘I hope Trump and Vance never see each other the same way after watching this lol,’ lessgo617 shared.
‘I’ve never been more disturbed by something but laughed as hard at the same time as the Vance-Trump hookup,’ acrobatic-dark-4402 said.
‘Is there another word for disturbingly hysterical? That was something.’ imissrif22 added.
‘It’s been a while since South Park has made me cover my eyes and go “oh my god!!” Like THAT scene did,’ inevitable_tangelo63 echoed.
‘Watching South Park. I’m now traumatised,’ Cass posted over on X.
‘Thanks for the nightmares I’m gonna have tonight South Park,’ ShadowGhoul agreed.
‘South Park killed it tonight. Those boys Donald Trump and JD Vance, aren’t going to be happy,’ Mike Jackson Esq declared.
The show has certainly not been shy about taking hits at the Trump administration, with a White House spokesperson, Taylor Rogers, saying in July that South Park ‘hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years’.
The statement added: ‘[It] is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention.’
The ante seems to have been turned up after complex negotiations over the show’s future home under parent company Paramount, with the co-creators determined to show their creativity wasn’t controlled by anyone.
As they told The New York Times in an interview just days ago: ‘It’s like the government is just in your face everywhere you look.
‘Whether it’s the actual government or whether it is all the podcasters and the TikToks and the YouTubes and all of that, and it’s just all political and political because it’s more than political. It’s pop culture.’
Adding that ‘[the network is] letting us do whatever we want, to their credit’, making clear that their interest is always what seems to be ‘taboo’.
Elsewhere, the show has run into trouble after facing criticism for its unflattering portrayal of late right-wing figure Charlie Kirk just weeks before he was shot dead on a college campus.
The episode set to come out after the incident was cancelled in a first for the show in 12 years.
Despite the turbulence, South Park seems more popular than ever, pulling in record viewership for the season 27 premiere and securing a $1.5billion (£1.13b) five-year streaming deal.
South Park is available to catch up on with Paramount Plus and Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
