Organizers of the annual Camp Flog Gnaw festival have postponed this year’s event by one week because of extreme weather conditions in Los Angeles.
The festival — originally scheduled to take place Nov. 15-16 at Dodger Stadium grounds — will now be held Nov. 22-23, at the same location.
Festival founder Tyler, the Creator posted a message on Instagram explaining that the decision was driven by what was described as an “atmospheric rain torrential downpour.” He wrote: “We had 2 choices — cancel or move to next weekend. We chose the latter. … We understand this is not ideal so we will offer refunds. For everyone else, we will see you next weekend.”
The rescheduling comes as Los Angeles experiences unusually heavy rainfall, raising concerns about flooding and landslides, particularly in areas already affected by this year’s wildfires. The venue’s location, adjacent to hillside terrain, added to safety concerns that emerged in planning.
Because of the date change, several artists who were previously listed on the original lineup have since been removed from the bill. Acts such as Tems, Clairo, Don Toliver, Sombr and The Alchemist are no longer listed, though the main headliners — Tyler, Childish Gambino and A$AP Rocky — are expected to remain.
Refunds are being offered for ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled dates. Wristbands already issued will be valid for the new weekend. Event organizers note that set times are likely to be adjusted and attendees should monitor official communications for details. For more information, fans are encouraged to visit campfloggnaw.com.
With this postponement, Camp Flog Gnaw joins a growing number of major Southern California events affected by this week’s unusual storm system. For now, safe planning remains a priority for attendees travelling to the event, and any further changes will be announced via the festival’s official channels.
