The move came after the hip-hop mogul spent about 13 months at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution under the Mann Act, fined $500,000, and faces five years of supervised release once he’s out. Now, Joe Giudice, known for appearances on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, has some advice for Combs.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ‘Rewarding’ Prison Job, Revealed

Sean “Diddy” Combs is set to spend quite a lot of time behind bars at FCI Fort Dix. Joe Giudice of The Real Housewives of New Jersey fame previously spent 41 months behind bars at the same facility. The reality star pled guilty to conspiracy, mail and wire fraud, multiple counts of bankruptcy fraud, and failing to file tax returns. He and his then-wife, Teresa Giudice, had submitted false loan applications to obtain millions in mortgages, hidden income, and assets during bankruptcy proceedings. Joe failed to report nearly $1 million in income to the IRS.

Joe told <a href=”https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/inside-diddys-life-at-fort-dix-prison-fights-filth-and-bad-food-excl/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Us Weekly that Combs’ fate behind bars “depends on how he carries himself. As long as he keeps a low profile and doesn’t try to act like a big shot, he’ll be fine.”

Even with this advice, Joe noted that he saw inmates get violent over minor disputes. “I’ve seen people get stabbed over an onion,” he continued. “You ain’t in there with the most stable people.”

Joe also alleged that he saw incidents of group sex that the guards completely ignored while at Fort Dix.

“I got up at, like, 3 or 4 in the morning to go to the bathroom, and you would see the craziest things in there, people you would never imagine,” he told the publication. “[The guards] hear the shower going at night, and they just look the other way.”
