Where to Watch ‘A Paw Patrol Christmas’

If your holiday season doesn’t officially kick off until animated puppies save the day, buckle up. Because the “Paw Patrol” crew is sliding straight into festive chaos; and honestly, we’re here for it. It seems like Ryder, Skye, Marshall, Chase, Rubble, Zuma, and Rocky are about to take on their biggest holiday mission yet.

Santa gets sick (yep, you read that right… Santa) and can’t deliver the presents. Then the ever-sneaky Mayor Humdinger decides Christmas is the perfect time to, well… be Humdinger and attempt to swipe every single gift from the North Pole. Classic villain energy.

The best part? You won’t have to wait long to see how the pups handle this holiday mess.

When & Where ‘A Paw Patrol Christmas’ is Airing

It seems like everyone’s favorite rescue squad is getting the primetime treatment this year. “A Paw Patrol Christmas” airs tonight (Friday, November 28, 2025) at 8:00pm ET on CBS. If you miss it then (or your little one insists it must be watched seven-million more times), it’ll be available for streaming next day on Paramount+.

Let’s be real: this has all the makings of a new family-night staple. Paramount’s official press release sums it up perfectly,:

“Create new shared family holiday traditions with the Paw Patrol pups! A Paw Patrol Christmas features a mix of original and classic holiday songs in a heartwarming story following construction-savvy pup Rubble and his team of lovable friends.”

Rubble taking center stage in a movie? Love that for him. The special promises original music and classic holiday vibes. Plus that signature “Paw Patrol” teamwork that somehow makes even major crises feel cozy. And if you’ve ever caught yourself humming the theme song against your will… prepare accordingly.

And just to prove this release is no small thing, the hour-long special actually released in 3,600 theaters across 17 countries and territories outside the U.S. before making its way to CBS and Paramount+, per Deadline. The pups really rolled out the international red carpet for this one.

More ‘Paw Patrol’ Goodness Is on the Way

But wait; because the “Paw Patrol” universe is definitely not slowing down. Season 12 of “Paw Patrol” is set to premiere on Nickelodeon in 2026, keeping the adventure going in the new year. If your household is filled with tiny super-fan (or if you are the tiny super-fan in spirit) there’s plenty more pup-powered action ahead.

And, for anyone wanting a full “Paw Patrol” marathon, Paramount+ remains its streaming home. Catch the main series, previous specials, movies, and the spin-off “Rubble & Crew” there. Translation: wall-to-wall pups, anytime you want.

If you suddenly find yourself needing a holiday gift for a “Paw Patrol” lover, Animation Magazine notes that a full collection of merch is coming. It includes toys, plushes, bedding, keepsakes, gift wrap, and clothes are being released based on this movie. So yes, the pups have also officially moved from your screen to your holiday shopping list.

At the end of the day, it seems like “A Paw Patrol Christmas” is shaping up to be one of those feel-good holiday specials families will keep in rotation. Between the music, the mission, and the pups saving Christmas like it’s just another Tuesday, the season already feels brighter. Humdinger’s plans very much not included.
