A farmers market in Canoga Park is proud of its veggies and fresh eggs
The popular Main Street Canoga Park Farmers Market is open every Saturday at 9 am to 1:30 pm on Owensmouth Avenue between Sherman Way and Wyandotte Street, where about 20 vendors sell heirloom tomatoes, freshly harvested honey and seasonal produce from farms across Southern California.
Aleen Ferris, the spokesperson for Coastal Pacific Farmers Markets, who manages the Canoga Park market and another Farmers Market in Northridge, said, “It’s a neighborhood market, and many of the customers are families who live nearby and walk over.”
