Foo Fighters bring benefit concert to Kia Forum to raise money for unhoused Angelenos

Foo Fighters have announced a special benefit concert set for Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026, at the Kia Forum in Inglewood. The one-night event will raise funds and collect essential goods for two longtime partner organizations, Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Mission, both of which provide food, shelter and services to unhoused and food-insecure residents across Los Angeles.

The show marks the band’s return to the Forum and coincides with Dave Grohl’s 57th birthday. Proceeds from the concert, along with items collected during presale, will directly support emergency housing, meal programs and outreach efforts run by the two nonprofits.

“What better way to spend my 57th birthday than making a bunch of noise with a bunch of friends for a good cause,” Dave Grohl shared in a statement ahead of the show.

An in-person-only presale will take place at the Forum on Sunday, Dec. 7, and will double as a donation drive. Fans who want early access to tickets will need to bring specific requested items for Hope the Mission, including new, packaged socks and underwear for all ages and genders, as well as bagged dried pinto beans, rice and dry pasta such as spaghetti or macaroni. Canned goods and perishable items will not be accepted.

Both organizations emphasized the impact of the partnership, calling the benefit a significant boost for programs serving thousands of Angelenos. “Every ticket purchased, and every donation will directly help feed and house our unhoused neighbors,” said Los Angeles Mission CEO Dennis Oleesky in a recent statement. Hope the Mission president, Rowan Vansleve, called Foo Fighters “an example of what’s possible when people show up and give back.
