ONEgeneration held their annual Holiday Show with raffles, singers and a happy crowd
ONEgeneration, a nonprofit in Reseda, is a community hub offering daytime programs, meals, activities and adult daycare, and this week they held their annual Senior Enrichment Center Holiday Show, a tradition enjoyed by older people and their friends and relatives.
Jenna Hauss ONEgeneration president and chief executive officer, said that ONEgeneration’s holiday show “is a fun way to celebrate our members and provide a showcase of the special talent many older adults have.”

Among the members who took to the stage were nonagenarian Gladys Bravo who sang, Jose Empleo who performed the hula, and member Ester Benjamin Shifren, who played the piano.
Michelle Quiroga-Diaz, vice president of programs and services at ONEgeneration, said, “This heartwarming event showcases the passion and spirit of our senior center community. ONEgeneration enjoys celebrating this wonderful season each year as members take the stage and share the magic of the holidays together.”
Members in the audience enjoyed the show, including Rosemarie Bellevue, who said, “especially the Hula Dancers.” And member Denise Greenut, who said, “Loved the tap dancers.”
