Recent Withdrawals

The field hasn’t been immune to last-minute movement. Here are a few players who have withdrawn from the tournament.

  • Gary Woodland
  • Nicolai Højgaard
  • Aaron Wise
  • Pierceson Coody
  • Matti Schmid
  • Isaiah Salinda

Fresh off a recent victory, Woodland’s withdrawal comes as little surprise. The veteran captured momentum with a statement win at the Texas Children’s Houston Open and is opting to take a well-earned week off, likely to celebrate and reset before gearing up for Masters week at Augusta National.

“I’ve got a big fight ahead of me,” Woodland said after his win in Houston, “and I’m going to keep going. But I’m proud of myself right now.”
