Nicola Peltz appeared to take a swipe at Brooklyn Beckham’s little sister, Harper, in her new post celebrating her ‘dream sister’.
The American heiress, 31, shared an emotional post celebrating her brother Will Peltz, 40, as he tied the knot with Kenya Kinski-Jones, 33.
Model Kenya, the daughter of record producer Quincy Jones and actress Nastassja Kinski, has apparently become very close to her new sister-in-law.
Taking to Instagram, Nicola wrote: ‘This wedding was truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever had the privilege of witnessing. Willy, thank you for finally and officially giving me my dream sister, Ken.’
Two years ago, she had called 14-year-old Harper her ‘perfect dream little sister’ before Brooklyn severed ties with his family.
The 27-year-old hot sauce salesman publicly detailed how he no longer wished to associate with his parents, Victoria Beckham and Sir David Beckham.
He didn’t even acknowledge their Father’s Day posts on Instagram, which included pictures of him.
Recently, the youngest of the Beckham clan tried to visit her brother in Los Angeles when visiting for Sir David’s Walk of Fame star unveiling.
Brooklyn wasn’t home at the time, with the Peltz-Beckham team telling Metro it was ‘choreographed for the cameras’.
Harper is said to have idolised Nicola in the years before the family fall out, attending the premiere of Lola – her directorial debut – together in 2024.
‘If I could create the perfect dream little sister, it’s her. I’m so blessed I get to have her as my little sister in my life,’ Nicola said at the time.
Nicola does have her older sister Brittany, 35, and the pair are thought to be very close.
In her post about Will and Kenya’s wedding, Nicola continued: ‘Watching the two of you love each other so deeply over the past 16 years has been one of the most beautiful gifts. Your love for each other has always been something so special [to] grow up with, and celebrating this moment with everyone was unforgettable.
‘I love you both more than words can say, and I truly couldn’t be happier for you both. I am forever lucky to have the most incredible humans – the Jones’ to call family.
‘Thank you for bringing so much love, warmth, beauty and pure magic into our lives. my heart is so full. I love you, Willy and Kenya. Cheers to you both 🤍💍🎀✨🌸🥂’
The wedding was said to be intimate, with the couple exchanging vows privately in the Peltz family home in New York before a larger ceremony later that day.
Nelson Peltz, Nicola’s dad, served as best man and actually walked Kenya down the aisle as her own famous father died in November 2023.
Jones was included in the day, with Kenya’s bridal bouquet wrapped in his tie, and a piece of his handwriting was embroidered into her wedding dress.
‘Beginning the wedding weekend with the most meaningful part filled all of the unspoken moments between us throughout,’ Kenya told Vogue.
‘My father-in-law Nelson and my uncle Richard walked me down the aisle, and my mother-in-law Claudia sweetly walked with Will down the aisle.’
Her half-sister, Rashida Jones, an actress best known for Parks and Rec, was included in the bridal party alongside their other siblings.
Will added: ‘It really was the perfect moment. Not only was I at the home where I grew up and that I’d made so many memories in, but I was with my people, my everything. My father was my best man, and my mother was Kenya’s matron of honour.’
In another rumoured feud, Kenya’s mother Natassja was seemingly not at the wedding or mentioned in the Vogue interview.
