Jamie Varley and his then partner John McGowan-Fazakerley were both jailed in June following one-year-old Preston’s death in July 2023.

Their five-bedroom former property has now been up for auction at a starting price of £370,000 – £80,000 less than they paid for it.

Estate agents describe the home as an ‘immaculate detached property with stunning countryside views’ and an ‘ideal opportunity’ for families.
