Gordon Ramsay finally buries hatchet with rival chef who reduced him to tears

The famously tough Gordon Ramsay, 59, was allegedly once reduced to tears by a rival chef, according to their autobiography published 20 years ago.
It’s hard to believe that a man so famous for shouting at others in kitchens was once at the receiving end.
But the legendary tale of rising tensions between two chefs in the 80s has lived on and is still discussed today.
Recently, Marco Pierre White said Gordon asked him to ‘f***ing hit me’ during his upset episode.
He told Louis Theroux it was a ‘highly emotional’ time for the Hell’s Kitchen star who was working at Marco’s restaurant, Harveys, in Wandsworth, London.
But now, after being spotted together filming and looking convivial, it seems that the feud is well and truly over.

According to The Sun, Gordon, Marco and Heston Blumenthal, 60, are making a new show called Rise of the Rockstar Chefs. However, there have been no official announcements from the BBC or Gordon’s Studio Ramsay, which the publication says are making the show.
The three men were in London as a camera crew surrounded them, conversing among themselves.
In one snap Gordon was embracing Heston, and the trio looked relaxed and comfortable with one another.
Then, in another photo, Marco could be seen with a small smile on his face as he followed Gordon walking up onto the pavement.

It’s good news for culinary fanatics who want to hear from some of the finest food minds in the country, because it has not always been plain sailing for Marco and Gordon’s relationship.
At one point, Marco confirmed to Piers Morgan for GQ that he had ‘severed the relationship’ with Ramsay, but maintained he had ‘never fallen out’ with the rival chef.
They had been known to criticise one another in the press, but recent compliments indicate whatever ‘feud’ they once had, is no longer active.
In the same interview with Louis, Marco called Gordon a ‘beautiful boy’ and confirmed they ‘do a TV show together’.
