Ramirez began his on-screen career in 2016 with a role in “The Affair”, followed by appearances in “Orange Is the New Black”, “On My Block”, and “The Gifted”.

He made his film debut in 2018’s “Assassination Nation” and continued building momentum with projects like “Tone Deaf”, “Lost Transmissions”, and “Silo”.

His breakout came in 2022 when he starred alongside Tom Cruise, Glen Powell, and Miles Teller in “Top Gun: Maverick”.

Over the years, he has built a strong résumé with roles in “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” “The Last of Us,” and “Black Mirror.” He’ll reprise his role as Joaquin Torres in “Captain America: Brave New World” and “Avengers: Doomsday” in 2026.
