When it comes to buying and selling their million-dollar homes, famous figures made plenty of massive moves this year.
For instance, Kaia Gerber put her Manhattan apartment on the market for $5.79 million, while Ricky Martin sold his stunning NYC home for $6.45 million. That’s not to mention the fact that Kylie Jenner decided to sell her Los Angeles “fortress” for $48 million, and Russell Wilson and Ciara listed their California “resort” mansion for $54.9 million.
However, when it comes to the biggest star-related transactions that were completed, here are the five most expensive celebrity real estate deals of 2025:
5. George Lucas â $52.3 Million
GettyUnforunately, we can’t show you a picture of the purchase George Lucas made in Londonâs St. Johnâs Wood neighborhood in September. That’s because he’s kept the off-market sale incredibly quiet.
What we can tell you is that he paid a whopping $52.3 million for the exclusive piece of real estate, “one of the U.K.âs most expensive residential transactions,” according to the Robb Report.
4. Adam Levine & Behati Prinsloo â $60 Million
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo listed their Montecito estate, Oakview, for $65 million; however, ended up selling it in October for a still impressive $60 million, per TMZ. Initially built for fellow star Rob Lowe, Levine and Prinsloo purchase the property in 2022 for $52 million. They ended up doing massive renovations to the home before popping it back on the market.
Sitting on more than three acres of land, the house spans 13,300 square feet, and features a main house, a guesthouse and a pool house. The new owners will also be able to enjoy a La Cornue kitchen and catering kitchen as well as a wine cellar, private gym and theater. Outside, there’s a dining area under a pergola, pizza oven, pool, sports court, vegetable gardens and a chicken coop.
3. Jeff Bezos â $63 Million
While Jeff Bezos continued to work on his $175 million Beverly Hills property (that now includes a UFO-like addition), he sold his waterfront Hunts Point estate for $63 million, an amount that made Washington real estate history, according to Robb Report.
Purchase by the Amazon founder in 2019 for $37.5 million, the property stretches over three acres along Lake Washington while the concrete-and-glass home spans around 9,400 square feet. Inside, there is a spa-like primary suite and multiple entertainment spaces, while outside there is a rooftop terrace as well as a dock that can fit both boats and seaplanes.
2. Paris Hilton â $63.1 Million
A megamansion that was designed by and for Mark Wahlberg, Paris Hilton bought the Los Angeles home for $63.1 million in June, according to the Robb Report. Found in Beverly Park, the property boasts six acres and a home that offers a staggering 30,500 square feet.
The interior features a limestone foyer, bridal staircase, two-story paneled library, dual-island kitchen and a primary suite that includes both balconies and fireplaces. The exterior of the home boasts a five-hole golf course, a driving range, a grotto pool, a sports court and a skate park. That’s not to mention the additional guest house.
1. Mark Zuckerberg â $65 Million
The biggest celebrity real estate deal of 2025 was a move made by Mark Zuckerberg. He spent at least $65 million to pick up around 1,000 additional acres in Kauai, Hawaii, per the Robb Report. This means he now owns approximately 2,300 acres on the island which puts the worth of his estate in the realm of $300 million.
First buying into the area in 2014, the famous figure’s KoÊ»olau Ranch features guesthouses, pools, tennis courts, gym facilities, spas and plenty of buildings meant for family, staff and visitors.
