The daughter of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, Kyle Richards, Alexia Umansky, married Jake Zingerman on September 6 — and she rocked out during the reception.
In a TikTok shared on September 7, Umansky is seen belting out “Valerie,” originally sung by The Zutons.
She was joined on stage with her new husband as she danced to the beat, but only her voice was clearly audible.
Fans expressed their shock at Umansky’s professional-sounding voice, and one wrote, “Girl WHY ARENT YOU A SINGER.”
Another replied, “Wait what! You sing?! Youâre so good!!”
Many thought she should display her talents on a popular competition show, with a fan writing, “Hopefully they can have her [on the ‘Masked Singer!’”

Alexia may have the vocal chops to become a pop star, but she’s currently following in her father’s footsteps as a real estate agent in California.
Working at Mauricio Umansky’s firm, The Agency, Alexia is helping sell opulent homes worth tens of millions of dollars.
On August 5, she and her team shared an Instagram post showcasing a gorgeous Beverly Hills mansion sold for $14 million.
“After two years of searching, we finally landed the one. Bittersweet ending to a long journey, but so excited for our buyers and whatâs ahead in their beautiful new home,” she wrote.
“I grew up watching my father work. I’d watch him show homes, sit at open houses and build relationships with clients. He knows so much about every neighborhood in this city, driving around with him was always like a little lesson,” Alexia shared in her bio on The Agency’s site.
She continued, “As I grew up, I would come into the office to shadow him and always learned something new. Real estate is something I always knew I loved. And I quickly realized I could devote my life to this industry and be happy.”
Alexia Inherited Her Vocal Skills From Richards
Richards is a woman of many talents, but it turns out that she can sing as well. In an X post shared in August 2018, the reality star is seen singing a silly jingle John Legend made up for his wife Chrissy Teigen’s ever-revolving headband.
“It’s the headband of the day / Push your locks away / With a headband of the day,” Richards croons.
