The couple, along with their child, were living the elite New York City dream. At least it seemed that way. The dream didn’t last too long. By May 2025, Schumer and Fischer listed the home for sale. Initially, they claimed they hoped to move back to Manhattan because it would simplify the commute for the whole family.</p>

They paid over $12 million for the home located in <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/million-dollar-listings-tyler-whitman-epic-1829-cranberry-street-listing-video.html/”>Brooklyn Heights</a>. They initially listed the Federal-style estate, complete with a driveway, for $14 million. The home languished on the market. Around the time they announced their split, the couple agreed to sell the property at a loss. According to <a href=”https://nypost.com/2025/12/12/real-estate/amy-schumer-has-sold-her-brooklyn-townhouse-for-a-1-25m-loss/”>the New York Post</a>, the property sold for $11 million, $1.25 million less than what the pair paid for the home just three years ago. </p>

<p id=”par-4_68″>The Brooklyn townhouse that looks like it was plucked out of a quirky novel isn’t the only home Schumer is willing to part with. She is also looking to unload her historic New Orleans property. In November, <a href=”https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/amy-schumer-lists-vibrant-new-orleans-jewel-box”>Architectural Digest</a> revealed that Schumer and Fischer had listed their French Quarter retreat for sale. The estranged couple, who purchased the home in 2021, is asking $1.25 million for the property.</p>

<p id=”par-5_64″>Schumer fell in love with the city of New Orleans while working nearby and purchased the home as a retreat for her family. She once said that she liked to be surrounded by beauty and very drunk people. The property was listed in November, and although there have been no takers just yet, it seems like an easier sell than her pricy Brooklyn townhome.</p>
<p id=”par-6_40″>It is unclear where Schumer, her estranged husband, and their child are currently living. It seems likely that no one will buy property until the divorce is finalized. She has never confirmed if she and Fischer have a prenuptial agreement.</p>
