Ana de Armas is finally setting the record straight about her love life. The actress addressed the swirling rumors about a possible romance with Tom Cruise. This after speculation ramped up in recent months due to them being seen together multiple times.
Dating rumors first sparked back in February when the two were spotted together in London over Valentineâs Day weekend. Since then, theyâve been seen at several public outings, most recently in April for De Armas’ birthday. They were also spotted leaving David Beckhamâs 50th birthday party together, trying to avoid paparazzi.

However, during a recent appearance on “Good Morning America” while promoting “Ballerina: From the World of John Wick,” the 37-year-old clarified her connection to Cruise. When host Michael Strahan brought up her collaboration with the “Mission: Impossible” star, De Armas responded:
âItâs so much fun, and we’re definitely working on a lot of things â not just one, but a few projects with Doug Liman, Christopher McQuarrie, and of course, Tom. And I’m so excited.â
Her response made it clear that their relationship is strictly professional, and she skillfully shifted the conversation away from her personal life, keeping things focused on work.
Just a Friendly Outing?
De Armas has previously dated Paul Boukadakis, Ben Affleck, and Spanish actor Manuel Anido Cuesta. Despite her public relationships, sheâs been candid about her desire to keep her private life out of the spotlight. In an earlier interview with Variety, she said:
“I have never been someone that wants any attention that’s not about my work. So, when the attention is not about my work, it is upsetting, and it feels disrespectful, and it feels inappropriate â and it feels dangerous and unsafe.”
