Great British Bake Off star Cristy Sharp has welcomed her fifth baby and revealed his adorable name.

The 34-year-old appeared on the 2023 series of the Channel 4 competition, which saw Matty Edgell crowned winner.

Sharing a sweet update on Instagram last week, Cristy announced: ‘On Monday 27th May, God blessed us with another Son

‘Judah Lior Sharp ♥️ My heart is so full with love for you that I could burst.

‘You have completed the last piece of the puzzle & I will love you until the end of time.’

Her post was flooded with congratulatory comments, with fellow bakers Abbi Bramble and Dan Hunter sharing their love.

Dan added: ‘Oh Cristy Judah is absolutely beautiful many congratulations to you and your family from ours. I hope you are both doing well xxx.’

Meanwhile Bake Off host Alison Hammond was amongst those liking the picture of the adorable newborn.

Cristy announced she was pregnant with her fifth child in December, and shared a bump update earlier this year, saying: ‘Feeling extremely pregnant now & getting so excited at the thought of our new addition.

‘Heartburn has well and truly kicked in Every evening it’s One born every minute & Emma Willis delivering babies on repeat (much to my husbands annoyance).’

The mum from East London also worked as a personal assistant before her Bake Off stint, which saw her as the eighth contestant eliminated.

She said at the time: ‘It has been such a crazy, fast-paced experience. So I can now sit back and reflect on what an amazing time I have had. I am really proud to have got this far. I am really proud.’

Cristy added: ‘I’ve learnt to ignore fear and go for it. I never thought on week one I would reach the quarter finals.

‘I suffered with impostor syndrome quite badly, but I just ignored that horrible thought and pushed through. I think as long as you are trying your best, there’s no such thing as failure. I’ve learned self love and belief too.’

The Great British Bake Off is available to watch on Channel 4.
