BBC presenter Jay Blades has been charged with engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour against his estranged wife, Lisa Zbozen.
According to West Mercia Police,The Repair Shop host, 54, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday morning with one count of engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship.
He was bailed to appear at Worcester Crown Court on Friday, October 11.
Court documents show his behaviour included physical and emotional abuse.
Zbozen announced her separation from Blades in an Instagram post earlier this year only 18 months after their intimate wedding ceremony.
