A beloved voice actor from a nostalgic 2001 hit cartoon has been fighting for his health in a hospital, according to reports. TMZ revealed on December 9, 2025 that Jeff Garcia (full name Jeffrey Garcia), who voiced the character of Sheen Estevez in the hit sci-fi comedy “Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius,” is currently in a Southern California hospital fighting unspecified ailments. The hospitalization comes just weeks after a previous admission around November 20 which resulted from a fight with pneumonia. Garcia, 50, recovered from that bout of pneumonia and was released within a few days, according to the outlet.

Garcia was a huge part of the “Jimmy Neutron” universe, lending his voice acting talents to both the original movie and the series, “The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.”
