According to Variety, “F1: The Movie” will premiere on Apple TV+ on December 12, which is just in time for the holiday season. In additon to Pitt, the racing-inspired movie stars Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, and more. Joseph Kosinski directed the movie, which comes from Apple Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures.
Pitt’s ‘F1: The Movie’ Was Released in 2025
Several movies debuted in theaters during the summer of 2025. One of the most talked about was “F1: The Movie.” This is especially the case due to the racing visuals used in the film. It arrived in movie theaters on June 27.Â
According to Deadline, the Pitt-led film debuted with an impressive $144 million at the worldwide box office. The figure includes $55.6 million from movie theaters in the United States. Zach Van Amburg from Apple Studios released a statement on the movie’s success.

He Has Other Films in the Works
While “F1: The Movie” is soon heading to Apple TV+, Pitt has other films in the works. Notably, he will serve as producer on multiple projects. According to IMDb, this includes the upcoming “Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma.”
Pitt is also listed as a producer on “Heart of the Beast,” “The Adventures of Cliff Booth,” “The Greatest Race on Earth,” and “Wytches.” It’s unclear when these projects will be released.
