<p id=”par-2_23″>According to <a href=”https://deadline.com/2025/04/adolescence-season-2-netflix-plan-b-1236363260/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Deadline</a>, Plan B co-presidents Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner revealed that discussions are underway about the “next iteration” of the show. </p>
<p id=”par-3_50″>Gardner and Kleiner told the outlet they’re currently in <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/another-simple-favor-director-says-anna-kendrick-blake-lively-feud-rumors-wrong.html/”>talks with director</a> Philip Barantini about what a second season would look like. Gardner shared they’re brainstorming. That includes how to “widen the aperture, stay true to its DNA, [and] not be repetitive.” However, she didn’t want to reveal the details. </p>
<p id=”par-4_25″>Meanwhile, Kleiner said they hoped Stephen Graham, the co-creator and co-writer of <em>Adolescence</em> who also played Eddie Miller, can return alongside fellow writer Jack Thorne. </p>

<p id=”par-5_53″>The 2021 movie, <em>Boiling Point</em>, in which Graham plays a chef, is what, per the outlet, “got the ball rolling on <em>Adolescence</em>” for Plan B. After watching the drama directed by Barantini in the one-take style he’d later use on <em>Adolescence</em>, Kleiner knew the production company wanted to try it with TV. </p>
<p id=”par-6_25″>Pitt, for his part, was eager to reunite with Graham after starring in 2000’s <em>Snatch</em> together. “Brad is a massive fan of Stephen’s,” Kleiner said.</p>
