Popstar Britney Spears posted a photo of her son Jayden Federline and wrote that he “came back,” calling him a “miracle.” A few days later on January 3, she posted a video of a little girl to her Instagram page and wrote, “Iâve decided Iâm going to adopt a baby girl !!!! Iâm actually serious !!!”
Spears has been relishing being reunited with Jayden over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, according to posts on her Instagram page.
“Mine forever !!! Itâs weird weâre like twins but heâs a boy and Iâm a girl !!! Heâs mine I hadnât seen him in 2 and half years or maybe 3 !!! Iâm in shock !!! He came back and he feels older and smarter than me !!! Heâs a man and I cry every day of my life because of the miracle and genius he is !!! When he plays the whole earth shakes !!!” Spears wrote on her Instagram page as the New Year started.
Spears disabled comments on the post but it has more than 600,000 likes.

Spears also shared a video to her Instagram page showing she spent Christmas with Jayden. He is one of the two sons that she shares with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
âBest Christmas of my life !!! I havenât seen my boys in 2 years !!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! Iâm speechless thank you Jesus !!!â Spears wrote on her Instagram page.
In that video, she kissed her son’s cheek as they both hammed it up for the camera. Spears also shared a video showing her son opening presents before a Christmas tree, writing, “Mamas deserve waaay more respect than they get these days !!!”

The reunion with Jayden has been a long time coming for Spears. According to People Magazine, Jayden is now 18 years old. Spears also has an older son with Federline named Sean Preston, 19.
Spears and Federline divorced in 2006, according to People, and their custody arrangements varied. Most recently, Federline was raising the boys in Hawaii starting in 2023, which was an agreement that Spears “consented” to, according to People.
On January 4, Spears returned to posting her typical dancing and posing videos to her Instagram page. She also posted a picture of the Holy Grail and a Biblical verse to her page.
