Brittany Cartwright Is ‘Excited’ for ‘The Valley’ Season 3

<p id=”par-2_28″>“I’m in a much better places than I was last summer,” the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/bravo”>Bravo</a> star told Tom Schwartz during an appearance on his <a href=”https://podcasts.apple.com/ee/podcast/detox-retox-with-tom-schwartz/id1809814905″><em>Detox Retox</em></a><em> </em>podcast on August 12. </p>

<p id=”par-3_47″>This time last year, Brittany was deep in the breakdown of her marriage to <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/brittany-cartwright-horrible-relationship-jax-taylor-divorce.html/”>fellow <em>Vanderpump Rules </em>alum Jax Taylor</a>. The ugly split played out during season 2 of <em>The Valley, </em>as Jax’s years-long issues with drugs, alcohol, and anger finally forced Brittany to file for divorce. </p>

<p id=”par-4_63″>As <em>The Valley</em>’s second season drew to a close, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/the-valley-fans-celebrate-jax-taylor-exit-season-3.html/”>Jax announced</a> that he was stepping away from the show. With the show’s most problematic cast member gone, Brittany – who now has her “sparkle” back – says she’s looking forward to <em>The Valley </em>Season 3. (Bravo has not officially renewed the <em>Pump Rules </em>spinoff for another season, but it’s widely expected to return.) </p>

<p id=”par-5_31″>“I’m excited for season 3,” Brittany said. “Because I feel like it’s my time to be happy and healthy and just a whole different Brittany than what you saw last season.” </p>

<p id=”par-6_13″>“A how Brittany got her groove back kind of vibe,” Tom chimed in. </p>

<p id=”par-7_3″>“Exactly,” she replied.</p>

<p id=”par-8_17″>With a possible season 3 on the horizon, does Brittany have any advice for her future self?</p>

<p id=”par-9_30″>“Just be who you are,” she said. “Don’t get in the drama. Which I already don’t … I just want everybody to get along at the end of the day.” </p>

<p id=”par-10_20″>During her chat with Tom, Brittany also opened up about her upcoming appearance on <em>Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test</em>.</p>

<p id=”par-11_55″>“It was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life,” she said, adding that she cried “at least three times” during filming season 4 of the show, which will also feature <em>RHONJ</em>’s Teresa Giudice and her daughter Gia, <em>RHOA</em>’s Eva Marcille, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/gia-giudice-hints-clashed-kody-brown-special-forces.html/”><em>Sister Wives </em>star Kody Brown</a>, and disgraced actor Jussie Smollet, among others. </p>

<p id=”par-12_16″>While she can’t reveal how long she lasted, Brittany said she gave it her best shot. </p>

<p id=”par-13_10″>“Let’s just say I tried,” she said with a laugh. </p>

<p id=”par-14_59″>“I’m go glad I did it,” she added. “I pushed myself to do things I never thought I could do … It was a whirlwind. It was crazy. I’m glad I did it, because it was something different, it was something that pushed myself. With everything that’s going on in my life, it felt like something that was needed.” </p>
