Celia Imrie is coming up trumps for Celebrity Traitors fans after she let one rip on last night’s episode.
The Thursday Murder Club star, 73, penetrated Claudia Winkleman’s solemn facade on last night’s episode when she loudly farted during a challenge.
‘Welcome to the worst team-building away day in history,’ host Claudia said moodily under her sharp black fringe, before Celia let out a perfectly-timed fart and giggled along with other contestants.
‘What just happened?’ Claudia asked with a smile, before national treasure Celia bravely admitted: ‘I just farted, Claudia. ‘I’m so sorry. It’s nerves, but I always own up.’
Fans are now calling for Celia to get an award for the moment, as Scott Bryan wrote on X alongside a video: ‘This moment deserves a Bafta.’
‘I had to rewind it – I had actual tears streaming,’ wrote @Mamabex01.

‘Her comic timing was impeccable. I watched this over and over again and am still laughing. TV moment of the year,’ added @singalongaquiz.

Ruthie Nugent said: ‘The most revolutionary and taboo-breaking moment in TV history I say.’
Elsewhere in Traitorsland, this morning Kate Garraway admitted her children were ‘furious’ when YouTube prankster Niko Omilana was voted off Celebrity Traitors instead of herllast week.
On Good Morning Britain today Kate, 58, who is still going strong on the BBC reality show despite being subject to much suspicion from fellow stars, revealed her sons were ‘so angry’ at her surviving last week’s first banishment.

‘Kate was telling me this morning her kids were furious that she survived,’ ITV co-star Richard Madeley said while hugging Kate affectionately today.
‘So angry,’ Kate confirmed, ‘Because they’re obsessed with Niko. When I went in they said, “I don’t care what happens, please, please, please…” And to be fair, I didn’t vote for him. I thought he was faithful, and he was a faithful.’
Reflecting on voting off yet another faithful contestant in last night’s explosive episode, with comedian Tameka Empson ousted, Kate reflected: ‘I’m making so many enemies!’

When asked about her ‘arch nemesis Tom Daley’ after his viral suspicious side-eye after Kate’s dramatic reaction to a murder, the presenter said: ‘The thing is, you don’t know what people are saying about you when you’re in there. I had no idea he was doing these eye rolls. You have no idea until it goes out.
‘I didn’t notice that, I was just flabbergasted at Paloma Faith being murdered,’ she said, sparking giggles from fellow GMB presenters, as the Olympian suspected Kate her for using this particular f-word in what some thought were over the top, overcompensating traitor-esque reactions.
However, as Alan Carr famously told Tom: ‘You can’t just call someone a traitor for having a better vocabulary than you.’
Kate continued: ‘[Tom Daley] was adorable. I was in there really sorry he’d gone because I had no idea he objected so much to me. In fact, that’s happening a lot. I’m driving Ruth mad, I thought she loved me.’

Here, Kate is referring to yesterday’s challenge, where the celebrities were locked into a dingey wooden house and soaked in water and smelly feathers.
Kate, a self confessed ‘terrible ham’, vocalised her discomfort, and reflecting on the task, Ruth Codd – who is shortlisted by Traitors Jonathan Ross, Cat Burns, and Alan Carr for murder in tonight’s episode – said being next to Kate’s loud dramatics was the worst part of the task. Ouch.
Tonight, the three traitors will decide on another faithful to kill, and it will be revealed whether the trio – who have some suspicious eyes on them – can make it through another day undetected.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV1. Celebrity Traitors continues every Wednesday and Thursday evening at 9pm on BBC One.
