The Channel 4 star who vomited after agreeing to let his partner sleep with another man has shared some candid updates on his sex life.
Couple Tom and Lauren appeared on the new reality series Open House: The Great Sex Experiment, which encourages couples to push the boundaries in their relationship, including considering open relationships.
During the episode on June 13, the couple agreed to take things to another level in the bedroom after a candid discussion with non-monogamy expert Effy Blue.
Afterwards, Lauren was seen reassuring Tom, adding to the camera that it was ‘absolutely insane’ to see him with the ‘confidence’ for them to have their individual fun before reuniting at the end of the night.
The camera then panned to Tom rushing to the bathroom to vomit, telling Lauren it was ‘going to be horrible’ and that he felt ‘absolutely petrified and sick’ as she tried to comfort him.
After a strong reaction to the turn of events, Tom and Lauren took to social media yesterday to address viewers.

On their shared Instagram story they answered a series of questions about threesomes in the bedroom.
When asked if they would do a ‘two male, one female’ threesome, they replied: ‘It’s certainly something we would consider.’
Another asked if they would ‘play with’ him and his wife and they explained: ‘never say never’ but they would ‘want to build a connection first’.
One fan asked what their ‘first time’ was like to which they said it was ‘awkward and tense’. ‘We were both nervous but learned a lot and loved it,’ they added.
To others they recommended swinging apps and confirmed they don’t have any ‘parties’ in the schedule yet.
‘What did you learn the most on the show,’ one person asked, to which they said: ‘Communication between the two of us, even the little things, and Tom learned to love the body he’s in.’

In a post on their main account, they added: ‘Overwhelmed with all the messages & support guys, thank you everyone, we are so glad that Tom’s story resonated with so many of you, still smiling from that last episode on Open House: The Great Sex Experiment.
Viewers expressed more praise in the comments after the pair managed to turn their fear into a success story.
‘I say again. Amazing couple, amazing energy. Living life to the max,’ rockape652 commented.
‘We watched it and your our favourite couple from the show! We loved seeing you guys grow and have fun!’ secretlifeofaswinger added.
‘Thought Tom was super brave good luck guy,’ gracew9019 shared.

In a post ahead of the episode in which they were dancing to Stromzy’s Own It, they shared: ‘Thank you everyone for all your support so far, our next episode is out next Friday 10pm,
‘Remember please be kind, we went on there to be open & honest and are both very happy together, remember they cut so much out for the drama xxx.’
The initial response to Tom’s vomiting was mixed from fans who were concerned about the ‘graphic’ nature of the content.
‘I’m no prude, but this is unnecessarily graphic and getting away with it by being ‘educational,’ manunhappy77B said at the time.
Racingfan21 echoed: ‘Tom needs help and support he shouldn’t be anywhere near this show ffs #OpenHouse.’
The network is all too used to airing provocative shows such as their recent series Virgin Island, which left viewers gobsmacked and uncomfortable as 12 ‘adult virgins’ were sent on a sex retreat.
Nevertheless, the show proved itself a hit and will return with a second season.
Open House: The Great Sex Experiment is available to watch on Channel 4.
