In the aftermath, Brown faced a litany of questions about his relationship and arrest. Two years after the assault, he fielded questions about it on <em>Good Morning America</em>. <p id=”par-4_45″>When she pushed again, he rerouted them back to the album. While he completed the interview, he was not happy about the course it took. Brown refused to perform a second song and stormed back to his dressing room, reportedly shouting, “That wasn’t cool, man!”</p>
<p id=”par-5_36″>“He went crazy,” a source said. “He smashed a chair into a window and that glass is so thick, people heard shattering and security was called … It was to the point where people were scared.”</p>

<p id=”par-8_60″>“When we’re not relevant anymore, that might be the case,” he told <a target=”_blank” href=”https://www.billboard.com/music/music-news/chris-brown-jail-interview-rihanna-shooting-billboard-cover-6243695/” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Billboard</a>. “As long as you’re doing something good, people will always bring up old stuff or negative stuff because they don’t want you to surpass a certain level or elevate. But as long as you have your head on straight, it shouldn’t matter what people want to say.”</p>
<p id=”par-9_7″>He said he didn’t live with regrets.</p>
<p id=”par-10_68″>“I can still engage in it but not participate in the negative side,” he said. “Not everyone in the world is going to particularly love me. But I’m cool with that. As long as I love myself and my music, I’m fine. People are going to say what they want to say. I don’t look over my shoulder or wish I could turn back the hands of time.”</p>
