Chris Pratt Stuns Fans With Shocking New Look for Upcoming Series

Chris Pratt? More like someone who’s been lost in the woods for weeks! That’s what many fans thought when the actor shared a behind-the-scenes video from the set of “The Terminal List: Dark World.”

Pratt showcased his dramatic transformation, featuring long, shaggy brown curls, a thick, scraggly beard, and a very rugged, unkempt look. The result? Well, he looked like he hadn’t seen a shower or a razor, as a matter of fact, in a few days.

The clip, posted on his Instagram, was captioned, “Is it? No… can’t. Be.” Naturally, this had fans doing double-takes, because, well, he looked nothing like his regular self.

A Closer Look at Chris Pratt’s Transformation

In the video, Pratt explained that the drastic makeover was all thanks to the show’s talented hair and makeup department.

“I just want to say, isn’t this hair and makeup incredible? My team does such an awesome job,” he told fans during what appeared to be a lunch break on set. He then panned the camera to his hands, which were covered in fake blood—presumably from filming a scene in the high-stakes action drama.

“They do such great makeup and such great hair, and this massage hair is like a wig. It’s a fake beard. It looks freaking incredible,” Pratt said proudly.

Despite how authentic the look appeared, Pratt admitted the costume wasn’t exactly comfortable, especially the beard.

“When you eat, you get hair in your mouth, which is gross, because it’s definitely someone else’s hair,” he said with a grimace. “And you don’t know whose or where it came from. I mean, look at that hair. That came from what? I mean, that’s not, you don’t think it’s… No. Is it someone’s p**es?”

He paused for comedic effect before adding, “No. Anyways. I don’t care. I’m hungry.”

What to Expect from ‘The Terminal List: Dark World’

Season 1 of “The Terminal List” premiered in July 2022 and starred Pratt alongside Constance Wu, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Taylor Kitsch, Arlo Mertz, and Riley Keough. The Amazon Prime series was met with strong viewer feedback and quickly secured a renewal in February 2023.

Now, fans are eagerly awaiting Season 2, set to premiere on August 27, 2025. Kitsch is also returning for the new season, which promises to deliver even more intensity, drama, and action. Of course, along with some seriously impressive makeup work, as we all know.

Whether you’re tuning in for the plot, the action, or just to marvel at Pratt’s unrecognizable look, one thing is for sure, “The Terminal List: Dark World” is already creating major buzz.
