Chris Pratt? More like someone whoâs been lost in the woods for weeks! Thatâs what many fans thought when the actor shared a behind-the-scenes video from the set of “The Terminal List: Dark World.”
Pratt showcased his dramatic transformation, featuring long, shaggy brown curls, a thick, scraggly beard, and a very rugged, unkempt look. The result? Well, he looked like he hadnât seen a shower or a razor, as a matter of fact, in a few days.
The clip, posted on his Instagram, was captioned, âIs it? No⦠canât. Be.â Naturally, this had fans doing double-takes, because, well, he looked nothing like his regular self.
A Closer Look at Chris Prattâs Transformation
In the video, Pratt explained that the drastic makeover was all thanks to the showâs talented hair and makeup department.
âI just want to say, isnât this hair and makeup incredible? My team does such an awesome job,â he told fans during what appeared to be a lunch break on set. He then panned the camera to his hands, which were covered in fake bloodâpresumably from filming a scene in the high-stakes action drama.
âThey do such great makeup and such great hair, and this massage hair is like a wig. Itâs a fake beard. It looks freaking incredible,â Pratt said proudly.
Despite how authentic the look appeared, Pratt admitted the costume wasnât exactly comfortable, especially the beard.
âWhen you eat, you get hair in your mouth, which is gross, because itâs definitely someone elseâs hair,â he said with a grimace. âAnd you donât know whose or where it came from. I mean, look at that hair. That came from what? I mean, thatâs not, you donât think itâs… No. Is it someoneâs p**es?â
He paused for comedic effect before adding, âNo. Anyways. I donât care. Iâm hungry.â
