Comedian Jason Manford forced to cancel gigs hours before due to ill health

Jason Manford has sparked fan concern after cancelling a series of gigs due to ‘being unwell’.
The comic, 44, initially cancelled a Wednesday night performance of his show, A Manford All Seasons, in Hertfordshire, rescheduling the date for October.
This was followed up by a post to his X earlier today, cancelling a further three performances taking place over the coming days in Oxford, Lincoln and Skegness.
They have also been rearranged for later this year and early 2026 due to his ill health.
‘We regret to inform you that the following performances of A Manford All Seasons have been unexpectedly cancelled due to Jason Manford being unwell. Oxford, New Theatre Lincoln, The Engine Shed Skegness, Embassy Hall.
‘We apologise for any inconvenience caused,’ the post read on his social media.
Support has flooded in from fans on his Instagram, where he has over 440k followers.
‘l hope whatever it is buggers off sharpish,’ jojosmithuk wrote.
‘Hope all ok Jason. Wishing you a speedy recovery,’ paul281270 added.
‘Get well soon Jason Manford, I’m sure no-one is more gutted than you, and for you to cancel the rest of this week means you must be really sick. Hope you’re home now to rest up properly? Take care fella,’ daviddavensac added.
