Cruz Beckham ‘gutted’ after losing driving licence over speeding

Cruz Beckham has had his driving licence revoked after speeding in 20mph zones.

The 20-year-old son of David and Victoria is said to have accumulated six points for two separate speeding offences within two years of passing his driving test.

Cruz – who is the brother of Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 23, and Harper, 14 – recently turned heads with his explicit lyrics in his debut new song.

But now, according to the Mail on Sunday, the second from youngest Beckham child is believed to be ‘gutted’ to have his licence taken away from him so soon after taking to the road.

One of his offences reportedly took place on September 2 when he told his Instagram followers that he had ‘just got done for doing 24 in a 20’.

New figures show that nearly 500,000 speeding tickets were issued for drivers caught speeding on 20mph roads last year.

If a driver gets six or more penalty points within two years of passing their test, their licence is then revoked by the DVLA.

Cruz will now have to reapply for a provisional licence and pass both the theory and practical driving tests again before he is allowed to drive on roads again.

A source close to David and Victoria’s youngest son told the Mail: ‘Cruz is gutted about it.

‘It was a couple of speeding tickets which are so easy to come by these days with 20mph zones. It’s infuriating but he seems to have accepted it and taken it on the chin.’

Cruz is also believed to be a car fanatic like his dad, and had been excited to pass his test as a teenager.

When he originally got his licence in September 2023, David and Victoria happily shared the news on social media.

His current car is believed to be a Land Rover, but he has also been seen in a silver 1980s Mercedes.

This comes after Cruz was seen packing on the PDA with his girlfriend Jackie Apostel as they visited Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland VIP night alongside the likes of Gemma Collins, James Argent, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

The couple, who began dating last year, were well and truly getting into the festive spirit as they were spotted kissing.

Sharing photos on Instagram from the event, the 20-year-old also showed off a large Grinch toy he managed to win for his girlfriend.
