David Beckham has revealed he was “very emotional” about receiving his knighthood earlier this month, but not at all nervous.
The global superstar, president and co-owner of Inter Miami CF, co-owner of Salford City FC, and former soccer sensation, 50, received the honor from King Charles III at Windsor Castle on November 4.
It’s been a longtime coming for Beckham, who has famously made no secret of his desire to be knighted, and the ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder has been sharing his thoughts on the experience.
