Pens and paper at the ready, as it’s time to note down your predictions for another series of The Masked Singer UK.
Taking part in 2025 is Bush, who made their debut performing for judges Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan, and newbie Maya Jama.
Their costume is truly adorable, adorned with green ruffles, pink flowers, and the cutest pair of beady eyes.
With plenty of clues in their VTs suggesting a love of gardening, the panel has already thrown out some strong guesses… but who do you think is behind the mask?
Could Bush be Charlie Dimmock? Or perhaps a former Doctor Who companion? Let’s investigate…
What clues are there for Bush’s identity?
Who are you, Bush? (Picture: ITV)
Someone who is fond of gardening and the outdoors?
‘Best bush in show’ trophy appeared in the first VT
Said they liked to ‘stage manage’ where the plants go, suggesting a theatre connection
‘I thought it was time to branch out and show just how versatile a bush can be’
A wig appeared in their VT, along with a judges’ gavel
Determined to show they aren’t a ‘coward’
Riddle: I’ve been training for years, and there’s no turning back. Have you peeped through my leaves? Are you on the right track?
Who could Bush on The Masked Singer be
Catherine O’Hara

Davina McCall threw Catherine O’Hara’s name into the mix straight away.
She noted that the ‘best bush in show’ trophy could be a reference to the comedy/drama Best in Show, a film released in 2000 in which Catherine plays Cookie Fleck.
As for the judges’ wig and gavel, Davina noted that Catherine played a judge (Justice Strauss) in Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Catherine is a renowned Canadian-American actress and comedian, having become famous for her work on Second City Television and Schitt’s Creek.
She’s also appeared in films such as After Hours, Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Home Alone, and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.
Charlie Dimmock

The second guest judge of the series, Vicky McClure, put her AC-12 hat on and got to work dissecting all the clues, leading her to believe Charlie Dimmock could be behind Bush.
Charlie is a famous English gardener and presenter, having been a team member on Ground Force, a BBC gardening makeover programme, from 1997 to 2005.
She has also presented several other shows in both the the UK and the US, including The Joy of Gardening, Charlie’s Garden Army, and Garden Rescue.
Billie Piper

Jonathan Ross is adamant he knows who Bush is, connecting the dots to decipher her identity.
He noted that a clue about ‘time flying’ could be a reference to Doctor Who and someone who has played the Time Lord’s companion, such as Billie Piper, who was Rose Tyler in the 2000s.
Jonathan also reckons that the ‘I’m no coward’ statement is something that sounds like ‘Noel Coward.’ Billie appeared in a Noel Coward Theatre play in the West End.
What’s more, there were plenty of bees flying around Bush in her VT. Billie’s debut solo album was titled Honey to the B.
The Masked Singer airs each weekend on ITV1 and ITVX.
