Fearne Cotton has given an update on her health months after revealing she had two tumours near her neck, requiring surgery.
In December, she had surgery on her jaw to remove the benign growths, giving an update weeks later that she was on the mend.
Around this time, Fearne, 43, and her estranged husband Jesse Wood, 48, announced they were splitting after more than a decade together.
They were married in 2014 and share two children – son Rex, 11, and daughter Honey, 8.
After months of silence on her health, the Radio 2 presenter has shared an update post-surgery on Instagram.
‘Had an ultrasound today and I’m happy to say that I’m healing well post-operation and there is not a scrap of tumour left on my parotid gland,’ she wrote.
Fearne added: ‘Grateful. To those of you who sent me messages that have a similar operation coming up, I’m sending love for your recovery.’
Friends and family shared well wishes after her good news, with Poorna Bell commenting: ‘Big hugs and so glad to hear about the healing! Long may it continue.’
To this, Fearne responded: ‘Miss you, pal’
In her last health update, weeks after the surgery, she shared snaps of the scar and said: ‘I feel almost normal.
‘My ear is still quite numb and my face a little tender but other than that I’m feeling good. I found the whole process fascinating and feel very grateful that the operation went well and that the tumour was benign.
‘My surgeon Professor Oflynn made me feel extremely calm and all the nurses were complete angels.’
She’s clearly bounced back well as Fearne also confirmed another book is on the way after having an ‘urgent’ spark of inspiration while trying to finish a different project.
‘Started writing one book (which I will finish) but then another idea came to me urgently, so I’ve started writing another,’ the author shared.
‘It’s flowing. It’s helping me figure things out. It’s leading me down very interesting paths.
‘I’m not sure I’ve ever felt more desperate to write a book. Being in this sort of flow is my favourite, whether it’s writing or painting.’
With her health and work thriving, Fearne also appears to have moved on from her marriage, as she was spotted locking lips with a new man earlier this month.
She was smooching TV director Elliot Hegarty, whose estranged wife was reportedly blindsided by their romance.
It was reported that the couple met through their mutual pal Gok Wan, with a source telling The Sun: ‘Fearne and Elliot have known each other for a while.
‘When their marriages ended, their friendship developed into romance. They have been seeing each other since January.’
Jesse, who is the son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, has also reportedly found love again as he is said to be dating Gemma Gregory, 39.
The former actress is best known for her parts in Popcorn, Gypsy Girl and the BBC television adaptation of Charles Dickens’s Great Expectations.
