Larcom admitted that his first attempts werenât perfect. He lost 50 pounds but quickly gained it back before committing to sustainable habits.
âI always struggled with food. I overate. I always ate the wrong things. I loved sugary sodas, things like that,â he explained. âI turned 18 and saw 300 lbs. on the scale and I wanted to make a big change. A change that was substantial, a change that would last me the rest of my life.â
With encouragement from a friend, he started eating in a calorie deficit, tracking his meals, and paying close attention to macronutrients.
âI lost the weight in a little bit over one year. By the time I was 19 I was at 170 lbs. But nowadays what my life looks like is, I go to the gym six times a week and I track every single thing that I eat â still to this day,â he shared. âThatâs the biggest key for me. Thatâs the biggest thing that helped me lose the weight.â
Shutting Down Rumors About His Transformation
In addition to sharing his progress, Larcom has also addressed speculation about how he lost the weight.
On September 3, he posted a TikTok denying accusations that he used Ozempic or steroids. âI got accused of being on Ozempic, and I got accused of being on âroids,â he said. âSo I got my first roid accusation, not my first Ozempic accusation, but I got two accusations too.â
Instead, he insists his transformation comes down to consistency. In an Aug. 14 TikTok, he captioned a training video: âCalorie deficitâhigh protein. Lift. Walk. Repeat. I lost 130 lbs doing this.â
Larcom has even shared glimpses of his grocery hauls, filled with lean proteins, fresh produce, and sugar-free staples, showing that his transformation comes down to daily discipline and more intelligent choices.
