2 Cold Scorpio, a former wrestling champion, has been arrested over the stabbing of a man during a fight at a petrol station.

The 58-year-old WWE star, real name Charles Scaggs, claims the attack in Kansas City, Missouri, on June 15 was an act of self-defence.

He was working as a security guard at Love’s Travel Stop when at 3.40 am, a man reportedly lit up a cigarette inside the store.

Scaggs stated he told the man he couldn’t smoke inside but was rebuffed with thevictim becoming angry and stating ‘F you the f*** you gonna do?’

The victim claimed to TMZ that he did not spark the cigarette in the store, instead believing it to have been put out before he headed into the building.

After the confrontation, the two men are said to have gone outside where Scaggs claims the man tried to fight him.
