Some Strictly stars are coming back together for ‘a truly intimate experience’ in a showcase for paying guests – including Giovanni Pernice.
This comes over a year after bullying claims were made against the dancing pro by Amanda Abbington, who was partnered with Pernice, 33, in 2023.
A review found that some complaints were upheld against him, but it’s understood that there were no findings relating to physical aggression.
The BBC apologised to Abbington at the time.
This year, Pernice will reunite with fellow Strictly Come Dancing stars for an event titled Dancing With The Stars.

Held at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, Wales, the professional will be joined by Anton Du Beke, Aljaz Skorjanec, Janette Manrara, Gorka Marquez and Karen Hauer.
According to the hotel’s website the weekend will cost £719 in total.
This includes dancing lessons, three days of showcases, and a Q&A session with the stars to ‘find out all the gossip and ask those burning questions.’
The event isn’t affiliated with the BBC and will be held in April 2026, with another event featuring different Strictly stars to be held in July.
Rules around the channel’s talent are strict regarding external work, however it is understood bosses have given approval for the stars’ involvement in the event, according to the Daily Mail.
Last year saw two new professionals take to the Strictly dance floor, after Pernice admitted to the publication he thought the BBC wouldn’t be having him back.
Julian Caillon joined the cast as he danced alongside Balvinder Sopal, and made it to the semi-finals.
Alexis Warr was also a new addition, who waltzed her way to the end with celebrity dancing partner George Clarke.
Pernice won the show in 2021with actor Rose Alying-Ellis, winning a BAFTA together for their ‘must-see moment’ on the dancefloor.
The pair performed to no music for a short moment, offering viewers some insight how Rose experiences the world as somebody who is deaf.
Pernice also went on to win the Italian version of Strictly Come Dancing, Ballando Con Le Stelle, with his partner, actor Bianca Guaccero.
The couple are together romantically, and have been since the show.
Strictly Come Dancing is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
