Glastonbury 2024: Rain but no washout expected as thousands more arrive for day 2 at Worthy Farm

Glastonbury has officially kicked off and thousands more are set to arrive today at Worthy Farm.

Gates opened yesterday and fans are getting ready for a weekend of epic headliners and possibly some rain.

While the iconic Pyramid Stage won’t welcome Dua LipaColdplay, and Sza until Friday, there’s so much more to the historic festival than the big names.

Thousands more are arriving today, and those who do can expect some showers but fears of a washout or scorching heatwave appear to have been allayed.
