One fan said they were excited to see Savchenko cha-cha his way through another season. He was quick to respond, telling the fan that, unfortunately, he won’t be returning to the dance floor this time around. He went on to claim that “someone’s lie” erased years of loyalty.</p>

<p id=”par-3_124″>While he didn’t come right out and say it, Savchenko has been vocal about discrediting Nader’s version of their breakup. It’s possible he has a reason to be angry; insiders claim that the breakup may have played a role in Disney’s decision to cut ties with the ballroom dancer, regardless of whether Nader is telling the truth. According to <a href=”https://www.the-sun.com/tv/15020374/dwts-taylor-swift-eras-tour-dancer-jan-ravnik-gleb/”>the U.S. Sun,</a> negative publicity and tension on the set led to the decision. While it seems the decision was made fairly recently, the split wasn’t the sole reason. The publication also claims that the production team was interested in bringing in new talent, as evidenced by the introduction of Jan Ravnik as a new pro. Ravnik was a dancer on <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/dancing-with-the-stars-taylor-swift-tribute-eras-tour-choreographer-critiques-remaining-six-couples.html/”>Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.</a></p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-when-did-brooks-and-gleb-break-up”>When did Brooks and Gleb break up?</h2>
<p id=”par-4_61″>There is clearly some bad blood between Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko, but was the breakup bad enough to cause ABC to reconsider his employment? It’s impossible to say just how much sway someone like Nader might have, but her split from Savchenko has been featured on season 1 of <em>Love Thy Nader</em>. The pair actually split back in April 2025.</p>

<p id=”par-5_64″>At the time of the breakup, Nader claimed she found explicit messages on Savchenko’s phone. She went on to say that he was searching for information about throuples, threesomes, and other relationship dynamics that made her uncomfortable. The messages and search are what split the pair up, claimed Nader. Savechenko stepped out and publicly denounced the claims, insisting that they absolutely were not true.</p>
<p id=”par-6_63″>Brooks discussed the issue in the premiere of <em>Love Thy Nader</em>, insisting she knew he was “up to something.” The duo dated on and off for about 8 months before calling it quits. While it’s hard to say if the split and Nader’s accusations had anything to do with Savchenko’s unwanted split from the dance competition, the shows do share a parent company.</p>
