Unfortunately, just before guests began to arrive, Hannah, 51, revealed she would not perform as her vocals were not up to her usual standards.
The Daily Mail revealed: ‘Her singing voice has been compromised from an exhausting filming schedule’.
As a last-minute stand-in, singer Zak Abel will fill the slot, but is due to sing the carol Silent Night instead.
Hannah will still attend the Together at Christmas service, along with plenty of other celebrities and public figures.

Kate Winslet and Chiwetel Ejiofor will also take part in the service, which is now in its fifth year, giving readings rather than singing.
Other stars like Griff, Fisherman’s Friends, Katie Melua and Bastille’s Dan Smith are also set to perform.
Not taking to the stage is Dame Mary Berry, who created the Christmas wreath on display at the historic abbey.
Hannah has been involved in previous events with the Royal Family, hosting Prince William’s Earthshot Prize ceremony and working with him on a documentary last year.
She praised William as ‘a glorious gentleman’, revealing she told him he was ‘a cut above the rest’.
Together at Christmas is supported by the Royal Foundation charity and recognises those who have dedicated themselves or volunteered, led initiatives to bring their community together, or offered a helping hand to those around them.
In a letter to attendees, Princess Kate praised those who had made an ‘extraordinary difference to the lives of others’.
