Harry Styles is set to create a mega-mansion by knocking two homes into one in a multi-million refurbishment.

The Adore You singer, 30, purchased his £8.8 million home in Hampstead in April 2019. Seven months after this initial purchase, he bought the smaller adjoining house for £ 4.175 million.

Although the properties are both Grade II listed, the pop star is reportedly set to take on some serious refurbishments as he merges the homes into one space.

Per the Daily Mail, the former One Direction singer’s planning agent said in the documents: ‘The proposed development involves the conversion of the two houses back into one larger house.

‘The exterior and interior of the properties will be refurbished and the historic second floor will be reinstated.’

The agent continued: ‘Understanding and respecting the site’s historical importance, while also comprehending the client’s expectations and vision, are the key to the design proposals.’

Harry is set to add a new basement cinema and playroom, a plunge pool, steam room, sauna and gym on the lower ground floor.

The ground floor will also feature a large TV room, gallery and new conservatory – all perfect for entertaining.

The pop star is set to create a whole storey that’s dedicated just for himself as it’ll feature a master bedroom, master bathroom, his own lounge and indoor patio as well as four dressing areas.

There will also be another floor complete with a master guest bedroom and bathroom, a guest living area, three more bedrooms and four bathrooms.

To maintain privacy, a security hut is set to be built at the entrance of the property and proposals include the building of a garden terrace and landscaping.

Additionally, the plans suggest that the singer plans to demolish some aspects which lie in a designated conservation area. This includes mid to late-20th-century extensions and partitions and a staircase within one of the properties.

Adding an eco-friendly aspect, the home will also be complete with solar panels and heat pumps.

It’s thought that it took the star five years to complete these plans as he only recently submitted this detailed blueprint for the renovation in a detailed planning application.

The plans suggest that these refurbishments won’t be complete for another two years. It was also suggested that the work will be taking place from 1am to 5pm every weekday.
