Rumours are circulating that it could be splitsville for Hollywood’s favourite low-key couple, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, and she’s not done much to silence those rumours.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 27, has been dating the A Complete Unknown actor, 29, for around two years, but they have made sure to keep their relationship firmly behind closed doors aside from the odd high-profile public appearance.
But it seems things might have taken a turn for the lovebirds. When asked by paparazzi this week if she was enjoying the single life, Kylie replied: ‘Yes, yes.’
But was this confirmation that the couple had split?

What did Kylie say about being single?
Kylie was leaving a restaurant with her pal Hailey Bieber and had her sunnies on to avoid the flashing cameras of the paps.
While the audio did sound like she said ‘yes, yes’, it’s entirely possible that she didn’t hear the question, and some fans have suggested she was a little bit squiffy and just saying anything to the paps.
Fans online have been divided by the video.

Why else does it look like Kylie and Timothée could have broken up?
Beak-up rumours have been circulating for the past couple of weeks, since Kylie posted a selection of sad songs on her social media.
On August 9, Kylie shared a playlist that included emotional tracks such as Jeff Buckley’s Lover, You Should’ve Come Over.
She also posted a screenshot of herself listening to the break-up song Crying Laughing Loving Lying by Labi Siffre.
Meanwhile, her boyfriend was also noticeably absent from Kylie’s 28th birthday celebrations last weekend, where she enjoyed a paint and sip event and cake with friends and family.
‘Best birthday ever!!!!!!! I’m so grateful to my family and friends for making this weekend so special and full of love. 28 feels so good!!!!!’ she wrote in the caption while sharing a carousel of colourful pictures on Instagram, marking the occasion.
The duo also haven’t been seen together in some time, with Timothée filming for Dune: Part Three, which is currently in production.
What evidence is there that Kylie and Timothée are still together?
Kylie appeared the supportive partner and liked Timothée’s Instagram post on August 12 about his upcoming ping-pong movie Marty Supreme, directed by Josh Safdie and which he stars in alongside Gwyneth Paltrow.
This signalled to many fans that the break-up rumours were in fact just that, rumours.
On Friday a source also insisted that the couple is still together but simply navigating busy schedules.
‘They haven’t seen each other for a few weeks only because Timothée’s been filming Dune in a studio in Budapest, and Kylie’s been working too,’ the source told People magazine, adding that she had ‘visited him in July’.
‘But even though Kylie has a private jet, the flight is still 12 hours. She’s a mum and she works as well. She has a lot of responsibilities in LA. Timothée’s schedule is grueling, with very little downtime,’ they continued.
Kylie shares daughter Stormi, seven, and three-year-old son Aire with ex, rapper Travis Scott.
The source said that the couple were ‘making it work though’ and ‘FaceTime most days’.
‘They miss each other and are totally fine.’
It’s expected that the Oscar-nominated actor’s travels will continue as he heads off to Jordan and Abu Dhabi for the next batch of filming on the sequel, helmed by new James Bond director Denis Villeneuve.
The couple has kept their relationship under wraps, but this year they have become more public with their romance, appearing at the Golden Globes and other award shows together.
The lovebirds were also spotted cheering on the Knicks together in May, which led to Kylie reposting a very relevant Sex and the City clip about basketball on TikTok.
In the video, originally uploaded by the official HBO Max account, a baffled Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) questioned why her best friend Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) had forced them to sit through an NBA game on TV.
Without skipping a beat, Sam simply replied: ‘Don is obsessed. I don’t get laid unless the Knicks win.’
