​​How to Stream the 2025 Tony Awards

But you don’t need to be in the Big Apple to watch the awards show. Keep reading for everything you need to know about when the 2025 Tony Awards begin, how to stream the ceremony, and more.</p>

<p id=”par-3_27″>The 78th annual Tony Award will take place on Sunday, June 8, at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/wicked-cynthia-erivo-deeply-relates-elphaba-differences-odd-one-out.html/”><em>Wicked </em>star Cynthia Erivo</a> will host. </p>

<p id=”par-4_59″>The 2025 ceremony will include performances from the casts of <em>Buena Vista Social Club</em>, <em>Dead Outlaw</em>, <em>Death Becomes Her</em>, <em>Floyd Collins</em>, <em>Gypsy</em>, <em>Maybe Happy Ending</em>, <em>Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical,</em> <em>Pirates! The Penzance Musical</em>, <em>Sunset Blvd., Just In Time, </em>and <em>Real Women Have Curves</em>. There will also be a special appearance by 2019 Tony Honor Recipient Broadway Inspirational Voices.</p>

<p id=”par-5_27″>Audiences will also get to see a special anniversary performance from the original Broadway cast of <em>Hamilton, </em>including Ariana DeBose, Daveed Diggs, Jonathan Groff, and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/lin-manuel-miranda-wrote-hamilton-hit-honeymoon.html/”>Lin-Manuel Miranda</a>.</p>

<p id=”par-6_22″>Presenters include Adam Lambert, Carrie Preston, Charli D’Amelio, Keanu Reeves, Kristin Chenoweth, Lea Salonga, Oprah Winfrey, Samuel L. Jackson, and Tom Felton. </p>

<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-how-to-stream-the-78th-tony-awards”>How to stream the 78th Tony Awards</h2>

<p id=”par-7_52″>Want to watch this year’s Tonys? The awards will stream live on Paramount+ starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, but only for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers. You’ll be able to watch via the live feed of your local CBS affiliate on the service. The show will also air live on CBS.</p>

<p id=”par-8_32″>If you’re a Paramount+ Essential subscriber, you won’t be able to stream the show live. However, you will be able to view the special on-demand the next day (in the U.S. only). </p>

<p id=”par-9_60″>Before the big event begins, tune in to<em> The Tony Awards: Act One</em>. Darren Criss and Renée Elise Goldsberry host the pre-show, which will stream for free on Pluto TV starting at  6:40 p.m. ET/3:40 p.m. PT. To find the special, go to Pluto TV and click on the <a href=”https://pluto.tv/us/search/details/channels/5873fc21cad696fb37aa9054″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>“Live Music”</a> channel, found within the Entertainment category on the service.</p>
