Jack Osbourne’s famous family may have laid their lives bare in The Osbournes but his revelations about one family member have left viewers horrified.
Amid trials and the series’ first elimination, Jack, 40, shared why his grandfather Don Arden became one of the most feared men in music.
He confirmed rumours of ‘pulling guns on people’ and dangling musicians out of windows were real.
Jack said: ‘[Sharon] was his protege, he taught her everything and he did all sorts of screwed up things.
‘Had my mum sign all these documents and everything was in her name so he would never get in trouble…they would firebomb other record companies. That’s why my grandfather knew the Krays.’

Arden worked as Black Sabbath’s manager and was at the helm when the group fired Ozzy Osbourne in the mid-70s due to his erratic behaviour.
Until his late teens, Jack was told that his grandfather was dead, as Sharon had severed ties with her father after a legal battle.
He revealed that his mum was ‘devastated’ when she realised he was stealing money from bands and was a ‘crook’.
‘After she left and took management of my dad, they took them to court, they had to essentially pay him a million dollars to break the contract,’ Jack added.
Jack only found out Arden was alive when she began screaming at him in traffic after passing him on the street.
Viewers were shocked at how casually Jack discussed the Krays link, as IamjamieTV wrote on X: ‘Jack’s family history is wild.’
Ryanbirky1211 shared: ‘Wow jack’s grandfather used to be a gangster that’s wild.’
‘Jack Talking about his Grandad I knew that Sharon and her dad fell out but I didn’t know the true extent,’ said blue_laur11.
Xjade_xo added: ‘The Osbourne family backstory will forever be the most insane thing.’
This wasn’t the only family revelation Jack has shared since entering the jungle, frequently mentioning his legendary dad, Ozzy Osbourne.
The rock legend died on July 22 at the age of 76, 17 days after his last-ever live performance with Black Sabbath at Villa Park in Birmingham.
Speaking to Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley around the fire on the first full day in camp, Jack said of his death: ‘It was definitely a shock.
‘I mean, we knew he was sick for a while, but it was definitely a shock. I mean, we didn’t know it would be that quick…’

He also had a tearful chat with Eddie Kadi, who asked him what he missed most about his dad.
‘His energy,’ Jack replied. ‘He had this force, so hard to describe. But he had this energy.’
Tonight’s episode saw contestants take on The Cave, with Jack crawling underground with Kelly Brook, Ginge, Aitch, Ruby Wax and Alex Scott.
Once inside, they had six different star puzzles to complete, each representing a star for camp.
Each celeb had to poke their head through one of the six holes. Of course, they had some less-than-friendly critters join them.
Jack took the first win, followed by Ginge and Alex, with Kelly and Aitch finishing last as Ruby failed to complete the task.
Who was Jack Osbourne’s grandfather Don Arden?
Arden was best known as the manager of Black Sabbath and of Jack’s father, until he was fired by the band in the mid-70s.
He was also the manager for a huge number of massive artists from Little Richard to Wizzard and Electric Light Orchestra.
Quickly, Arden developed a violent reputation and earned nicknames such as the ‘Al Capone of Pop’ and the ‘English Godfather’.
One infamous incident involved rival Robert Stigwood, who attempted to discuss a change of management with the influential band Small Faces.
Allegedly, Arden turned up at his office to ‘teach him a lesson’ and threatened to throw him out the window if he dared mess with his business again.
With his links to The Krays, it’s likely Stigwood didn’t fancy calling the Al Capone of Pop’s bluff.
After she became the manager of Osbourne, Arden’s relationship with Sharon was incredibly strained, with 20 years of no contact.
They reconciled in 2001, at her husband’s request, and he even had a guest appearance on The Osbournes in 2002.
Sharon previously alluded to violence in her home growing up, but said on the family podcast: ‘I wouldn’t say I was abused and beaten, in those days it was a normal thing.’
‘I’d get boxed around the head,’ she said as Ozzy added: ‘He was throwing you down the stairs.’
‘Punched in the ribs,’ Sharon went on. ‘Kicked down the stairs.’
Their relationship improved in later years, with Sharon paying for Arden’s care after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2004.
Arden died in 2007, with Sharon saying it was ‘heartbreaking to see him laid low like that.’
