Sarah Jessica Parker’s former Greenwich Village townhouse is on the market for $29.995 MILLION.
The five-story townhouse with six-bed, seven-bathroom, and two-half-baths “doubled as a massive closet” for Parker, according to Robb Report. It is a 7,912-square-foot property at 20 E. 10th St.
Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick initially bought this property in 2012 for $25 million but sold it in 2015 for $18.25 million.
This townhouse is a red-brick home that has so many incredible luxuries. There is a bi-level private garden, along with a wine cellar and numerous fireplaces.
And now, it can be yours!
Douglas Elliman Agent Opens Up About the Listing In Interview with the New York Post
Noble Black holds this listing alongside fellow Douglas Elliman agent Jennifer Kaufman Stillman.
While the inside has gone through an entire renovation, the townhouse that was built in 1864 still holds onto its original charm. In an interview with the New York Post, Black said exactly that.
âThe architecture of the space is so beautifully maintained,â Black told The Post. âThatâs what I think is very special. Itâs just a gorgeous house that speaks for itself.â
Black also posted an Instagram video, providing viewers with a virtual tour of the property at the “heart of Greenwich Village.”
“Introducing 20 East 10th Street, a meticulously renovated 25-foot-wide townhouse on New Yorkâs Gold Coast, originally built in 1864 and masterfully reimagined by architectural firm Deborah Berke Partners. With five levels of luxurious living space, this stunning home seamlessly blends historic charm with modern sophistication. From the elegant grand staircase and 12-foot ceilings to the custom Boffi kitchen and serene private terrace, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Located in one of Manhattanâs most coveted neighborhoods, this is an extraordinary opportunity to own a true piece of architectural history,” Black captioned the video.
Sarah Jessica Parker Currently Resides in the West Village
In 2016, Parker and Broderick purchased two townhomes in the West Village for $34.5 million and combined them into one 13,900-square-foot property that also had a 2,100-square-foot private garden.
The renovations were estimated to cost around $50 million.
She also has a Hamptons holiday home located in Amagansett, New York, that was built in 1940, per Dirt. It is within walking distance of the beach, and Elle Magazine referred to it in 2024 as “a quaint cottage” when showing photos of the property. In them, it shows a living room with a brick fireplace, a small kitchen, three bedrooms, a backyard, and a deck.
