Three years after snapping up a stunning Victorian mansion in the heart of San Francisco, Julia Roberts turned around and sold it for a $3 million profit. The “Mystic Pizza and “Eat Pray Love” star purchased the property in 2020, according to a Mansion Global report. The Presidio Heights Victorian revival-style mansion boasts a brick entry, wood burning fireplace in the living room. The chef’s kitchen, with its many amenties, is one of the house’s high points. It includes a sub-zero refrigerator and oversized island, and even a balcony for grilling.

Other decadent points of the abode include a gym, media room, two-car garage, garden, and a spa, according to Mansion Global’s rundown. With so many perks, the outlet’s report that the listing sold within a matter of weeks isn’t surprising.

The five-level stunner was designed by architect Sylvain Schnaittacher, and the listing described its atmosphere as offering “relaxed living with classic San Francisco charm.”


Julia Roberts Stepped Out to Support George Clooney on Broadway In Early April

Roberts and her husband, screenwriter and cinematographer Daniel Moder, aren’t spotted out together much, but Just Jared snagged pictures of them attending a Broadway show. The outlet says the pair headed out to support their good friend George Clooney in the musical “Good Night, and Good Luck.”

Roberts previously opened up to People about her decades-long friendship with the “Batman & Robin” star, telling the magazine in 2022, “We have a similar approach to life.” She added she and her “Ticket to Paradise” costar are “the same goofy nuts we’ve always been.”

In the same interview, Clooney also shared his thoughts on Roberts, praising her for her consistency in “her loyalty, her friendship, and her kindness.” Her said nothing has changed about the two superstar’s close relationship, other than “getting a little bit older.”

The same year, Clooney told The Ringer that he and Julia Roberts never dated because one of them was always in a relationship. He revealed the pair were “fast friends” upon meeting, and “it’s always been nothing but fun for us.”
