Yes! There is a new episode of “SNL” on tonight, Saturday, December, 6. This will be the seventh episode of season 51.
After the late-night comedy sketch series had Glen Powell serve as host and Olivia Dean perform as the musical guest on November 15, there was a two-week break for Thanksgiving.

Dijon is making his SNL debut. The musician is a Grammy-nominated artist and producer who has earned critical acclaim for both his solo work and his collaborations with artists like Justin Bieber, Charli xcx, Mk.Gee, and Bon Iver.Â

NBCUniversalDecember 13: Josh O’Connor and Lily Allen will be the next host and musical guest, respectively, for the December 13 episode.
This will be O’Connor’s first time hosting the show. The actor is best known for his roles on “The Crown,” “Challengers,” and the newest “Knives Out” mystery, “Wake Up Dead Man.”
Allen, who just released her newest album “West End Girl,” is returning for the second time. The last time she headlined “SNL” was in 2007.
December 20: To close out 2025, “Wicked: For Good” star Ariana Grande will serve as the host and Cher as the musical guest.
This will be Grande’s third time hosting the show. Her first time was when she served as both host and musical guest back in 2016, and most recently, she hosted the show in October 2024.
After nearly 40 years, Cher will return as a musical guest, though she made a few notable cameo appearances. Her debut performance was in 1987.
“A Saturday Night Live Christmas,” the show’s annual holiday special, will be airing Thursday, December 18 and again on Monday, December 22 at 9/8c.Â
