<p id=”par-2_72″>A lot has changed for the stars of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/tlc/”>TLC</a>’s <em>Welcome to Plathville </em>since their reality show premiered in 2019. Parents <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/welcome-to-plathville-season-5-barry-kim-plath-divorcing.html/”>Kim and Barry Plath have divorced</a>, Olivia and Ethan Plath’s marriage has fallen apart, and Max and Moriah Plath have both struck out on their own. Fans will continue to see how the Plaths navigate those and other changes in the new season of <em>Welcome to Plathville, </em>which premieres in July 2024. </p>

<p id=”par-4_56″>In the new season, Kim and Barry attempt to figure out what’s next in their lives. With their divorce proceedings in limbo, Kim decides to make a huge move that has everyone around her wondering if she can stay afloat. Meanwhile, Moriah has returned home to Cairo, Ga., after going through a bad breakup in Tampa. </p>

He’s left behind the single life in Los Angeles and moved in with his mysterious new girlfriend in South Florida. But there’s still a Plath presence in California. Olivia is living in LA following her split from Ethan, whom she left behind in Minnesota. He’s spending more and more time in Cairo as he works to build new relationships on his own. Both <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/welcome-to-plathville-stars-ethan-olivia-plath-separated-months-announcing-split.html/”>Ethan and Olivia</a> are trying to figure out what’s next after deciding to divorce. Olivia also sits down with Moriah as they try to hash out their past issues. But Olivia isn’t sure she’s ready to let go of past hurts. </p>
<p id=”par-6_34″>Even amid all the changes they’ve been going through, the Plaths make an effort to come together. For the first time in years, they return to the stage to create an an unforgettable performance. </p>

That includes some heavy discussions between Olivia and Ethan as they reflect on the end of their marriage. </p>
<p id=”par-8_14″>“Between me or your family, you were going to pick your family,” Olivia says.</p>
<p id=”par-9_8″>“That’s because you made me choose,” he replies.</p>
<p id=”par-10_16″>Later, Ethan wonders how Olivia can so easily move on from their relationship of seven years. </p>
<p id=”par-11_7″>“Who said it was easy?” she says. </p>
<p id=”par-12_24″>While things with Olivia are understandably tense, Ethan might be ready to repair his relationship with other members of his family, including his mom. </p>
<p id=”par-13_15″>“There’s a whole bunch of things I’d love to talk to Ethan about,” Kim says. </p>
<p id=”par-14_21″>Meanwhile, Moriah and Olivia, who had a major falling out last season, could be ready to put the past behind them. </p>
