It’s been claimed Jack P Shepherd could be about to make £400,000 after his ‘game-changing’ Celebrity Big Brother win.
The Coronation Street star, 37, shocked fans after emerging triumphant during Friday’s final of the ITV reality show, beating the likes of Chris Hughes, JoJo Siwa and Drag Race icon Danny Beard as he took home the crown.
He told hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best he was ‘blown away’ by the win, after managing to defy odds and even break a historic ITV tradition.
Jack secured 37% of the public vote, narrowly beating Danny who secured a strong 35%.
And it’s now been claimed there are big things in store in the months to come.
Season One Communications’ reputation management and PR expert Andy Barr revealed to Metro: ‘Jack’s win could certainly be a game-changer for his bank balance!
‘He will now be on the radar of the big brands looking for collaborations and advertising deals.

‘What could this mean in terms of cold-hard cash-numbers? He can expect to be looking for at least £250,000 for product collaboration offers. These are not just where he gets paid for putting his name to a product but actually having his own line of products with a brand.
‘He is stylish, has a very strong and engaged social media following on the platforms that matter and this is what brands are looking for.
‘His high profile role in Coronation Street meant he was already a household name with a recognisable face and this will give brands confidence that if they sign him up, they will get a strong return on investment.’
Andy continued: ‘On top of any up front offer he can expect to receive a slice of the money for every product he sells as part of any collaboration, which will also increase his wealth.

‘In terms of straight advertising deals, the days of looking at these in isolation, i.e. just being on the TV are long gone. Brands will expect him to front TV ads as well as give them mentions across his near 5,000,000 following on Instagram and fast growing TikTok account.
‘The figures for deals like this are more likely be around the £150,000 mark, depending on how long he signs up for and what he is willing to do.
‘Jack’s main task now, in order to keep his deal-value high, is to keep in the public eye and as everyone knows, in today’s 24/7 celebrity world, this is easier said than done.’
Jack is a firm favourite on the cobbles, having portrayed Gail’s troublesome son David Platt since 2000.

Ahead of his stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house, a source had claimed his main motivation for taking part was to help pay for his upcoming wedding.
An insider told The Sun: ‘Jack makes good money but it’s no secret that the CBB money is a draw for anyone, especially if you are planning a big event.’
A source later told the publication that Jack had spoken out about companies not being interested in working on sponsorship deals with him – but that could be about to change after his constant tea drinking in the house.
Ahead of the final, they said: ‘Everyone knows money’s tight on the cobbles at the moment and the cast are looking for extra ways to make some dosh.

‘He’s spoken about promotions and advertising a good few times on the show and pointed out that no one’s ever bothered about doing a deal with him.
‘However, he’s now in the final of Celebrity Big Brother and is a dark horse to win. He knows that by making tea a part of his personality on the show, that it gives me a good opportunity on the outside.’
Speaking about his win after leaving the house, Jack told ITV’s Good Morning Britain yesterday: ‘I was blown away, I didn’t think I’d get to anywhere near the final, I thought I’d be out week one.’
Reflecting on emotions during the three weeks he was isolated from the real world, living alongside stars including Patsy Palmer and Mickey Rourke, he went on: ‘There were a lot of tears from a lot of people, because everything is heightened when you’re in there.
‘We’re just in a room all day, talking for like 12 hours.’
When probed by host Susanna Reid on future plans, Jack quipped his next gig could even be presenting Good Morning Britain, and replied ‘Yeah, I suppose,’ when asked if he’d attempt Celebrity Traitors.
Celebrity Big Brother is available to watch on ITVX.
