If the newly dropped intro to the August 13 episode of Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast is any indication, Taylor Swift fans are in for an epic night.
A new video on the New Heights Show Instagram account shows Jason Kelce going for broke in his introduction of the “You Belong With Me” singer.
“Our guest today is a singer, songwriter and producer, and director, from Nashville, Tennessee… that’s bull****, she’s from Reading, Pennsylvania,” Jason starts out his high-energy intro as Taylor and Travis Kelce laugh.
“She is the most awarded artist in the history of the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards and iHeart Radio Music Awards,” he goes on as brother Travis pumps his fist.
The Jason ramps it up, yelling, “She has 14 Grammy Awards, and is the ONLY artist in history to win ‘Album of the Year’ four times,” as Taylor shakes her head in wonder and Travis interjects “sheesh!” while holding up four fingers to the camera.
But Jason is nowhere near done.
“Last December, she wrapped up the Eras Tour, which spanned 149 shows across 51 cities, 5 continents, and was the most attended tour of all time,” Jason yells as Travis echoes “of ALL TIME!”
“I’m still going, hold up,” says Jason. “Her last album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department,’ set a record with 1.76 billion streams globally within the first week alone,” he yells as Taylor gets wide-eyed and asks, “Did it? Alright!”
Travis looks at Taylor sitting beside him and asks, “In the first week?”
But Jason doesn’t wait for an answer, continuing his enthusiastic intro with, “And as a fan of that guy on the Chiefs, she has 19 wins, 2 AFC Titles and a Super Bowl” as Taylor throws up a peace sign to the camera.

After relaying Taylor Swift’s impressive stats, Jason Kelce screams, “NINETY-TWO PERCENTERS ARE YOU READY FOR IT?” as TSwift and boyfriend Jason laugh at the clear reference to one of her hits.
“Making her podcasting debut, the most requested guest in the history of shows, TAYLOR SWIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIFFFFFFFTTTTTTTT!!!” Jason bellows as Travis claps.
“That intro, Jason!” Taylor responds. “No look, his soul has left his body,” Taylor jokes.
“I’m cramping,” replies Jason as his brother tells him, “Just breathe.”
“No, that was so good,” enthuses Taylor.
“I tried Tay, I tried,” says a breathless Jason.
“Thank you for screaming for, like, 47 seconds for me. That was so nice. That was so sweet,” Taylor compliments.
Taylor Swift Calls ‘New Heights’ Her ‘Favorite Podcast’
“Thanks for having me on my favorite podcast,” Taylor tells Travis and Jason.
Taylor then pokes fun at herself, saying, “As we all know, you guys have a lot of male sports fans that listen to your podcast, and um, I think we all know that if there’s one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens, it’s more of me,” she laughs.
But while the Kelce brothers’ core sports audience may not be here for it, Taylor’s fan base of Swifties are likely to tune in in droves when the podcast drops at 7:00pm ET August 13.
Another Instagram clip shows Taylor Swift revealing the cover of her newly announced album, “The Life of a Showgirl.” But in the Instagram clip, the album cover is completely blurred out.
“TS 12!” Travis yells, referring to the album that will be Taylor’s 12th studio album. Meanwhile, Jason just screams.
While the album’s release date hasn’t been revealed, we do know pre-ordered copies will ship before October 13.
